Effective pain relief

Hi all,I was diagnosed with endometriosis back in December 2023 they ablated it during the laproscopy I recovered well but now I am back in a lot of pain I get the pain mostly in my pelvic area and right flank. I started to think the right flank pain was maybe coming from my kidney as I've had issues with stones in the past but my recent ultrasound showed all is fine in that area. I am currently taking 200mg of pregabalin a day and it just doesn't seem to be working I have tried naproxen, codeine, co-codamol, morphine patches, celexocib and quite a few combinations of painkillers over the past 3 years and during a flare up which can sometime last a few weeks for me nothing takes the edge so if anyone has any suggestions that I could discuss with the pain clinic it would be greatly appreciated......

Sorry to hear you are having such a difficult time. I was in a similar situation a couple of years back and I requested a referral to a female health physiotherapist. This, while not removing the pain, "turned it down" to a more manageable level. A lot of the pain was as a result of the muscles in pelvis being hyper tense. It helped me reduce the amount of pain relief I was using. In addition I used a portable tens machine, which helped too. As I said, not completely removing the pain but making it more tolerable.
