Endo Supplements (Mix of lots in one)

Hi!

Has anyone tried a supplement specifically for endometriosis that has lots of the recommended supplements in one ?

There is one available in Ireland and also MyOovi has one - I haven't tried either but I'm wondering if anyone here has tried either of these 2 or has a different one that they like?

If you have any experience with either / something similar can you let me know how you got on?

I'm in week 3 of using the Myendo from Myoovi. So far so good, but it will be this next week where I'll know for definite if it's helped. I so far haven't been as bloated and I haven't had any back or hip pain. Could just be down to a good month though.

Hiya, I've been using the Endo supplement from wild nutrition wildnutrition.com/

I also take their magnesium, tumeric and omega 3. After around 3 months of taking them, I have noticed a massive improvement in my Endo pain so I would highly recommend them. They also do free 15 minute consultations with a nutritionist who can help advise on some of the supplements that would be good for you individually. Xxx
