Turmeric supplements?
Not yet but I have read good things about it, I'll be interested to read other ladies' comments X
I've been taking turmeric capsules for quite a while now and would say my symptoms have definitely improved. It took a couple of months to see an improvement, but it's worth persevering with.
I take it twice a day in capsule form (from Holland and Barrett).
I've been told that it's best taken with black pepper for maximum effect, but so far I'm happy with it on its own. You can get it with black pepper in capsule form from Amazon.
I add it to all my food. In the form of pure powder or mixed curry powder (just spices no gluten fillers) makes everything so tasty and very healthy for you!
You can also drink it I make golden milk (vegan drink) the recipe is on my site it's so yummy and nutrient dense!

I sometimes put it in water first thing in the morning before any food as this is supposed to have maximum impact but if you cant stomach that i also make a vegetable soup up and pour loads in that before cooking so i get a good amount x
Pukka have just released a Turmeric tea - just bought a box this morning on the way to work so I'm not sure how it tastes yet!
Booths supermarket - only in Yorkshire I think...
I started taking the turmeric capsules before my surgery and it did dramatically improve my pain. I am still taking it and am doing better post op than I was told I would and have cut out ibuprofen completely. I bought my capsules at Amazon as I find Holland & Barrett a rip-off. I would also recommend medicinal grade manuka honey.
