Hey so I got myself all kind of supplements for endo. But I've been feeling sick and faint lately and I'm keeping up with my diet. The tablets I'm taking are serrapeptase 240000iu myomin magnesium zinc multivitamins for woman digestive enzyme. I've been taking them for a month now is anyone out there that has tried those maybe I'm taking too much of something? Thank you

Probably best to come off serrapeptase to see if it goes away. Normally serrapeptase should be started at the lowest dose, 80 000 to see how it affects you then increase. Which magnesium are you taking? Is it magnesium citrate? This can cause digestive issues and therefore could cause nausea.

When you started taking these a month ago did you get any nausea? Has anything else changed that might have caused it?

No it's not magnesium citrate. Ok I'll come off and see if tht works i started at 8000iu and was upping it at first it was fine maybe the dose is too big now as I changed it recently. Nothing else changed. Thank You

Totally agree that the serrapeptase should not be taken at such a high dose straight away and always on a completely empty stomach (upon wakind and before bed seem to work for me). Also when you take too many supplements all at once your body may experience what is know as ‘die off’ which is when your body begins to detox too quickly for the toxins to leave your body, have a look online.

I have just been researching serrapeptase for endo - I would be really interested to hear if anyone found that it helps?

Hi Well!

You might try every other day with what you are doing with everything. The 1st thing is don't take a Muiltvit with iron in. Make sure it has Vit K.

Me I take 1000 Vit C, Zinc, Vit K and D3. I have gone gluten, lactose free. I make a smoothy with Koko yogurt a little fruit juice, water and my Vit C soluble tab. I use Fennel Tea at night for cramps and often use Belladona if my painkillers for pain don't work. Ponstan 40 from the Doctor for cramps. My god send was a Tens Machine. Which was me last stop with pain!
