Endo Complex by Wild Nutrition. Anyone tried it? I am currently trying Estrolibrium by Nutri but not sure which of these two supplements may be better to help my Endo pain and heavy periods.

I’m trying endo complex by wild nutrition but too early to tell just yet as only been taking a couple of months. Changed my diet completely too to super healthy and am walking six miles a day (pain permitting) so.....Fingers crossed. 🤞🏼

No I didn’t. As I’m 50, I take alongside peri menopause supplements from a website called Health and Her which is a good online resource. I still think getting all your vitamins and minerals from nutrition is best, but it’s not always possible. Be very interested to see any improvement. Good luck. Nina
