Tw - ttc after months of telling hospitals and doctors something else was wrong I kept getting told my endo wouldn’t go back to its pre surgery state from November 2022 of stage 2 for 2 years and not to worry about my fertility etc
Multiple scans and appointments later I found out my ovary is now stuck to my uterus 😩 I feel so sad and let down that I tried to get more help regarding my fertility and this was overlooked and now it’s progressed so much worse
Has anyone successfully had this separated without removing the ovary and gotten pregnant?

Oh dear, sorry to hear that. I had this as well, but i sought a private endo specialist to discuss options rather than go with complete removal inorder to preserve my egg quality because I saw that coming anyway. I eventually had a drain and went for an ivf treatment. In addition to that i froze the rest of my embryo for whenever i’ll be having another baby, so that I can now focus on the proper endo treatment without getting worried about having babies in the future. I hope this helps!
I haven’t had this but I had my left fallopian tube stuck to my bowel which had to be removed. They left my ovary in. My reason for messaging is before I had the surgery to remove left tube, NHS put me forward for a fertility reservation egg retrieval. Could you ask for this prior to your surgery? I think there might be some suggestion of when to offer this under NICE guidelines.
