A bit tmi and I am going to the doctors. I'm not sure if endo related or not. I'm on zoladex and tibolone so my hormones are probably having a party haha! I've had a lump tiny one on the outside of my vagina for years and this past week I've had thrush symptoms horrible discharge with a slight smell. And the lump has turned dark red or black. I'm not sure if it's endo related or thrush or something else. Can you get a endo lesion or adhesion on the skin surface probably not I don't know? Has anyone else had this. I've always had chronic thrush anyway. I haven't been to the doctors about the lump because its hard to find and I couldn't be bothered with the embarrassment of them poking around saying they can't find it. But now it's itching and giving me bother and it's visible to show them. I'm trying not to panic too much. Maybe it's just a tiny cyst thats burst.
Anyway hope everyone's having a fairly OK weekend
Kind regards
Annabel

Hi, I don’t have any experience with this but I would just suggest going to the doctor and getting it seen to. They are more than used to examining people and it is definitely better to put your mind at rest. I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about. But better to get it checked. Wishing you luck xx
Hiya. I had a lump come up on my vulva and I spoke to a lady on here privately who said it was likely a cyst. I went straight to the sexual health clinic at the hospital and the nurse brought in spray for warts which was mortifying. When she got in about my vuvlva she she said she couldn't see anything But to go back if it hurt. Well the following day or so I was bleeding heavily and in in so much pain I was rushed back in and examined by 2 Dr's. And they still couldn't see a thing! They said the 2 events were unrelated and the second was a cyst on my ovary bursting. Please go and get yourself seen by somebody you can build a relationship with if possible. Somebody you'll be able to see through your care journey. Going in for lumps and bumps is nothing abnormal for them, they can send notes to your GP to build a picture for your healthcare. And if something is wrong, they can help. They might be able to give sachets of things to help with dryness or thrush for example. When things change that's when they want to see you, and it sounds like it has changed for you.
Im sorry you're having so much bother with them changing your hormones.
hunny sounds it a bit like a batholmin cyst not got at spelling I’ve had one before. If I’m run down I get cysts or boils or things or ulcers in my mouth . It did eventually go . Try not to stress too much but if it’s bothering you now see the nurse or doctor. I know it can feel embarrassing or nerve wracking or even anxiety provoking but sometimes we can think the worst and it doesn’t happen. So always on safe side see them.
just come across your post, I’ve had these black lumps each time with chemical menopause. It’s definitely connected to Endometriosis, almost looks like the disease itself to be honest. ❤️
