Hi lovelies,

I have been wanting to start some supplements for my endo but not sure where to start?

Currently my worse symptoms are my back and hip pain and my hormones !

I am on an induce chemical menopause and HRT.

I’ve heard about NAC, would anyone recommend this to start on first?

Thank you:)

I would 100% recommend a turmeric tablet. I noticed a change in my pain as it’s a natural anti inflammatory within a couple of weeks.

The heal endo book recommends good quality omega 3, turmeric with black pepper, high dose vitamin c, and magnesium (magnesium helps you sleep well too).

Hi, thank you for the reply! I’ve heard about these four too and it seems to be mainly these and NAC that pop up!!! So I’m going to start introducing some! I think I’ll try magnesium first as I do struggle with my tiredness. Is there any magnesium you would recommend? X

Hi, I'm reading Endometriosis: A key to healing through nutrition. It's quite old but very good and has a host of recommended supplements depending on your issues. I'm in chemical menopause too and I take B vits, magnesium glycinate, zinc, selenium, folic acid and acidophilus. I also keep an eye on what I eat particularly gluten and sugar. Good luck x

Dian’s book “endometriosis: a key to healing and fertility through nutrition” is a good general guide. For a personalised response and specific advice for your needs (we are all different) you could get an online appointment with Dian. See endometriosis.co.uk/ for more information

Good luck
