Hi hun.
Sorry to hear that you are bleeding so bad.
I take supplements:
Omega 3
Turmeric
Probiotic Magnesium
Vitamin B complex
Women's vitamin
Evening primrose oil
Vitamin D
I was told by my Dr that omega 3 and turmeric are excellent anti inflammatory.
The magnesium and vitamin B should help improve the pain that comes with your period.
I have iron in my women's vitamin which helps with blood loss, but I don't take high dose because the iron alongside pain killers can make you really constipated.
I hope this helps hun
Jo xx
wow that is a lot, do you take them all every day? xx
Yes because they all help with different parts of endometriosis.
Some are for inflammation and others are to help with the pain.
The other thing important to endometriosis is diet. By eating a anti inflammatory diet it can improve endo and the pain that comes with it.
Spinach is a food which is high iron.
It may be worth a try and see if it improves the way you are feeling xx
Thank you for your advice. xx
I take spatone as I my body doesn't have an iron store. Tablets given to me by doctors dont work so this is my only option alone with eating leafy greens etc. Spatone has a smaller amount of iron in it but is easily absorbed and isnt too harsh on your tummy like other iron supplements. Just put it in juice/ orange juice and thats it. Hope this helps xx
