Hello All, I'm currently taking metformin as prescribed by my doctor, folic acid, zinc and bee propolis. I am just interested to know what you are all taking and if anyone has had any success from it? I have severe endometriosis and I am open to exploring anything (within reason!) that might help whilst I'm waiting for my operation.

Supplements & Meds for Endometriosis
Hey, I’m taking Tumeric tablets (good for reducing inflation) CBD oil (good for reducing pain and keeping anxiety low) milk thistle, burdock herbs (good for acne, I suffer acne due to hormones) vit B12 (great for fatigue) omega 3 oils (great anti inflammatory) cranberry tablets (good for keeping bacteria out of urinary tract) i take all these every day once a day and find the combo work well for me. I have cut out caffeine completely & dairy. I Drink more water, & trying to stick to low sugar anti inflammatory diet containing low levels of gluten. I love a wine/cider so haven’t cut it out but try to keep it as low as poss. It sounds really strict but actually it’s like a change to see what new foods I can try. & if I really want to eat something I do then I just make sure that I don’t fall into bad habits. The CBD oil, Tumric, omega 3 & cranberry tablets work wonders for me! Also for fatigue I find the crash of a fine and sugars are very unhelpful instead I try dried fruit and water. Hope this helps x
Visanne (progestin medication) is the medication that has helped me the most
