Or any of supplements tnag have helped anyone, I am desperate. I want to see what else I can do before the surgery option.

Maybe you should look for wobenzym N. I have read it helps for endo and fertility. You can do research for it.

They support cleansing of the tissues, promote better circulation.

They break down and remove “fibrin”, the make-up of prolonged inflammation and scar tissue/adhesion formation.

They break down the proteins in the blood that cause inflammation, this facilitates their removal via the lymphatic and circulatory system. Etc

Hey

I remember Wobenzyme!!!

I use to take it for my sports injuries and always recovered well. Now w endo, adeno& adhesions I think I will start again!!! Tx for the reminder 🙏🙏🙏

I will take it in addition to having Pineapple, Papaya,

and fresh grated turmeric and ginger boiled in milk, drained, slightly cooled and they add manuka honey twice a day.

This has really helped me a lot but I think adding wobenzyme to my diet might help more!!! I’m trying to go as herbal as I can !!!!

Hi. These are best remedies for everything. Just be careful with dairy because is full of hormones that makes endo much worse.

Soy is so bad for endo. If you choose dairy you should look for organic one.

Ok. I will do. Tx.

What do u suggest instead of soya milk? Goats milk or oat milk?

Yes the only supplement that shrink my chocolate cyst is dim but I stopped it because makes me have nausea which I don’t eat good I don’t know is it because of dim or not especially there no side effect about nausea when you use it but i got it

Serrapeptase didn’t work with me

If you have very huge cyst i rocemmond you to use Lupron or any kind of injunctions that stop you period because dim works slowly

Hi - I know this was posted 8 months ago - I would love to get more info on how you've been doing and whether you found a supplement that worked, or whether you went the surgery route. If you are still looking for other supplements, there is nattokinase (which you probably have heard of), and lumbrokinase, which my doctor just mentioned to me - he said it's more powerful than serrapeptase, and that his patients don't have any problems with nausea on it....
