Hi, I am in alot of pain and have just realised i’m around my ovulation time. It’s exactly two weeks to my next period. I have severe ripping pain in my lower right tummy all day, i can’t even stand up straight. I can’t even laugh without it being sore. I also have a lot of discharge, i know that’s tmi but i was just wondering if anyone has experienced this and knows what might help.

bottom left for me, but yep, in between periods I get pain near and in my left hip.
Gynae suspects my left ovary is ‘stuck’ making ovulation a bother.
yes, I experience this too! On my left side. Some have many tips I’m afraid. I’ve found paracetamol works better than ibuprofen but nothing takes it away.
Hi I get this too! It varies between my left and right side, I was prescribed mefenamic acid which can help, but when the pain got too much I was given a small dose of codeine which I haven't used yet but if the pain gets too unbearable I have that. I use hot water bottles, if it's really bad just refilling it every time it doesn't feel as hot. And when not using a hwb then I like the be you patches which do give a bit of relief when I'm using paracetamol and ibuprofen. 💜
I get terrible ovulation pain. I've got a low dose codeine prescription which helps. Also have crazy amounts of discharge around ovulation time too. The only thing that really helps is codeine and heat pads.
