Pain during ovulation

Hi,

I got my period back 4 month pp and since then my period last about two weeks. Now 4 month into period. my ovulation period I am experiencing horrible lower back pain right dab in the middle above my butt and it radiates over to my left butt cheek. My legs feel weak and my whole body feels ill. I went to urgent care today and she said it could just be ovulation pain. It started yesterday, got bad last night, and still feeling it today and have been laying down most the day. Anyone else experience anything like this 😭🙏🏻

Could be a cyst on ovary ruptured. Nothing can be done about it... pain will subside over next few days... take ibuprophin and warm baths help... feel better soon.

This does sound quite similar to pain that I get around the middle of the month 😓

Try to take it easy; I find that laying down and relaxing all my muscles helps - obviously easier said that done if you’re at work or something!

I get this. It has a name, mittelschmertz or ‘middle pain’. I get lower back and leg pain and a shooting pain up inside. It usually only lasts a day or two for me. Hope you feel better soon

I get this too along with really bad nausea and headaches! Only lasts for a few days with me so hopefully it's the same with you, a hot water bottle is my best friend!

Hi I have had to deal with painful ovulation since I was 15 I am now 48 and currently on Zoladex as I am wanting a hysterectomy. For me the pain lasts 10 days as is just pants. If this is new to you I would see a doctor as it could be more than just ovulation maybe a cyst, who knows with our bodies for me ovulation has been far worse than any period and they have been painful throughout the years but not to the degree ovulation causes me and a period only lasts 4 days for me not 10. Sorry you are getting this pain as I wouldn’t wish it on anyone.
