I had surgery to remove my endo around 2 months ago and since then things were slowly going in the right direction pain wise.
However, pre surgery I was dealing with random bleeding and post surgery it was the same so 3 weeks ago, my consultant changed me from Provera to Yasmin.
In the past week, I’ve noticed the bleeding getting heavier and my pain has gotten worse - almost like it was pre surgery.
My GP is unsure why…
has anyone had this happen to them?

Yes I’ve had the same thing (I have Endo and Adenomyosis) I had a lap and about 4 months later heavy bleeding and pain again. (Not as bad as it was before the op but still horrendous pain). But now I’m on progesterone only which did made me bleed a lot but took it with tranexamic acid (took both together for five days and then just the progesterone) and my period has stopped - would recommend! And I’ve cut gluten out my diet which has made a difference for my pain, but have to take iron and folic acid supplements as cutting our gluten has made them a bit low.
I went from the progesterone only pill to the combined pill around 3 weeks ago and I don’t know if I can take tranexamic acid whilst on the combined pill.
I’m just so fed up and done with this, I had the surgery to try and get some quality of life back and even after surgery, I’m ending up curled up on the foot far too frequently bleeding and in pain
