I was on Hana progesterone only pill (75mcg) before surgery and now am on dienogest. So I have three and a bit weeks left in this pack. I heard it’s best not to put in the rubbish?

You can take unused medications back to a pharmacy and they will dispose of it properly

Cheers KnittingOwl that's my advice too. And TheUntamed that's a great question, as we all so used to putting all 'rubbish' in the bin, but there are so many ways to dispose of certain items. I put my used batteries in a food bag and when it's full and I need to go to the tip, I dispose of them there. Just think of your unused pills like that. I hope you have a lovely bank holiday and thank you for your contribution X
