hey guys, I saw someone online recently use something that looks like a big plaster across their belly to help with pain. Anyone know what that is ? Or have any other suggestions for endo pain?
I’ve recently developed pain directly on the left side of my pubic area? I have no idea what it could be or if it’s associated but on top of being bloated literally 24/7 I’m just feeling a bit deflated not being able to manage my pain.

It’s a tough question unfortunately, I’ve tried many different pain meds. I also have a rechargeable battery heat pad, it can go anywhere. That was from Amazon and a spare battery, really useful bit of kit. For meds I’ve found Duloxitine, Oramorph and occasionally Diclofenac suppositories the most useful.
You can get stuck on heat pads and there is a patch for period pain that I think has peppermint in it, can’t remember what they are called.
That sounds like a BeYou period patch. They sell them online or I’ve seen them in tesco lately. I did use them for my pain and I found they gave me some relief as I only took my medication (cocodamol) when I was unbelievably unwell as didn’t want to use them too much.
I generally found the patches and heat helpful for me x
I’ve tried a lot of medication types myself and struggling to find helpful options too. My next step is trying Raspberry Leaf tea as this has been known to benefit this type of pain. Maybe it’s worth a try? I know I will be as soon as I find it, I went into H&Bs the other day and the women said unfortunately they’ve sold out but she added that it’s really helpful. It must be popular x
I absolutely swear by these, seriously. I have them on direct debit so they send me a pack every month. Its like witch craft lol. I do take pain meds but we all know that kind of pain where pills do nothing. But these really help. And i don't get relief easily. I try not to use them too much in case i get immune to them. Definitely worth a try!
