Will they remove cysts?

In the past I’ve had a laparotomy to remove numerous cysts and endometrial tissue and a laparotomy to remove two cysts.

After having an MRI they’ve found a cyst that’s 6cmX5cm and a 3cm dermoid tumour (I’m sure most people just call that a cyst too) both in my right ovary.

I’ve been referred to gynaecology for “a chat”.

I’m not sure if they’ll remove them or wait until they’re bigger? I do have pain and other symptoms from them.
