Hello all!
My 1st laparoscopy Sep 2020 helped my pain for about 5/6 months then it came back with a vengeance.
I had my 2nd laparoscopy Jan 2022 and since then I have felt great, I was a walking pain advert beforehand! I had what felt like pelvic and stomach pain right around to my lower back aswell. I was on codeine (when at work aswell as walking around with a hot water strapped to me) and morphine (for night-time and out of work). Surgeon was brilliant and cut all the endo out.
The last few weeks I have been worried though that it might be coming back. I have had random sharp pains in my lower right stomach/pelvic area. But the my back has been the main issue. My lower back is so inflamed especially the right side. Last few days I've been sitting with a hot water bottle on it again and rubbing voltarol on it. I haven't lifted anything to strain it and my job duties hasn't changed or anything, so I don't think I've injured my back.
I am currently on a pill called Zalkya that my consultant put me on. Wanted me off the POP. I haven't had a period in years.
I could be worried and slightly panicking for no reason but I really do not want it to come back especially this quickly! I don't stress or worry about a lot of things but when I think it could be coming back I actually tear up.
Thanks for listening! X
