Post surgery pain

Hi, I had my laparoscopy 3 weeks ago. Last night I slept on my side, as its my normal sleeping position. Today I woke up with a lot of belly pain, focused around my belly button incision . Should I be worried about this and what can I do to prevent sleeping that way again?

HiTry a pillow between your legs and something like a rolled up towel to support your belly, only needs to be small and you’ll know what’s comfortable.

I like the U shaped pillow I have.
