Prior to my laparoscopy where I was diagnosed with stage 1 endometriosis I was in excruciating pain during my period and after 13/14 years started contraceptive pills so I wouldn't have my period anymore.
I was thinking of stopping to pill to check whether the laparoscopy worked to reduce my pain but so many people have horrible pain after laparoscopy. Is this the same for everyone? hould I take the risk?

Then it's worth a try to see if the pain has improved. Otherwise you won't know if the lap helped or not, and if it did help you'll know that if the pain comes back or gets worse in the future then another lap to remove again will potentially help again x
