Bloating

Hi all,

I am on zodalex with HRT and not had many problems so far and has helped me a lot with my pain etc, however this month I’ve noticed my bloating has come back again and my belly feels swollen too.

Does anyone have any tips on reducing the bloating at all?

I am changing my diet slightly so hopefully this will help, but any other tips or advice will be helpful thank you ❤️

Thanks for your message. It's great that the Zoladex has been helping you! Sorry to hear that the endo bloat has returned though, that really sucks. I wish I could offer tips, but bloating is a bit of a mystery to me too. I definitely find that maintaining a balanced diet, drinking water regularly, gently exercising regularly or moving when I can all help with bloating.

Perhaps others will be able to offer tips! There are lots of posts on bloating in this forum, so it might be worth searching for them to see if there are any helpful suggestions there 😊

Hi Claudia thank you for your reply 💕.

Yeah it is such a pain endo bloat as it can be so uncomfortable at times. This is how my belly can get like in the pic below, so I end up having to wear baggy clothes as it’s the most comfortable option for me.

Ok that is good to know! Me and my partner have started hello fresh and have started to notice a difference and I’ve changed my breakfast to porridge now as well and has helped with my belly being less bloated, so fingers crossed this does work for me 🙏💕.
