Endometrial Biopsy

Hello,

I had a biopsy done yesterday due to the thickness of my womb. I was wondering if anyone else has had this done and how long the results took on nhs? Also does this show endometriosis?

Hi there, I had a endometrial biopsy in Feb on the two week referral. It took three weeks for the results to come back (fortunately clear of cancer). At this point endometriosis was not on the cards until I had a MRI, which showed abscesses and according to my gp endometriosis Following this I was told I will require surgery; now waiting for my appointment at the end of this month.
