Every morning when I wake up I get the worst pain caused by the build up of peeing. Even after releasing my bladder the pain continues for a couple of hours. I’ve noticed I need to empty my bladder ASAP to stop the pain from coming which means I can be up to 10 times in an hour. I’m thinking this could be die to constipation as well maybe something is pressing in bladder making me need the toilet more frequently.
Also been having sharp pains in vagina but hole as well it’s not a UTI as I just finished a course of antibiotics for a chest infection.
Just wanted to see if I was the only one and if not how do you over come this

I fully sympathise with this. I have suffered for years with this, before and during my period especially. It can be so painful that I cry. I wish there was something to help x
Hey, I’d advise you get your urine checked by the GP by providing a sample so that they can check it for cultures incase it is a UTI. I know you said you’ve recently had antibiotics to treat a chest infection, but there are different antibiotics to use for a UTI. I thought I was having pelvic pain due to endo but it was actually due to a UTI that had spread to my kidneys. Also, constipation can hinder the flow of urine so I’d also try and bulk up in fibre or speak to the gp regarding laxatives. You can also speak to your local pharmacist regarding over the counter laxatives too!
I actually have endo on my bladder tubes too which causes me to have the exact pains you are talking about! I can’t hold in needing to have a wee at all!
Had surgery again last November which has helped it slightly but not everything was able to be removed.
I had this a lot, constipation definitely made things much worse. I have to be careful what I eat and when, because late night makes things worse. Surgery and zoladex has paused this for me, but there’s still more surgery to go. Wishing you Good luck, xc
