MRI rollercoaster post lap

Hi there,

I just wanted to ask what your experiences are with MRI scan results. I had a lap. surgery in October 2021, and a follow-up MRI in Dec 2021 to confirm endo. They said my doctor will contact me with my result. For almost 4 months I chased them so many times, been turned away by different staff members over the phone and been told that my report is done but I should wait until my doctor gets back to me... And finally, last week I received a single letter that only says I was offered an appt. in May with the same doctor. Until then I'll have no idea what's going on.

Is there anybody who went through the same? When I asked on the phone how does it take more than 3 months to hear about my result, they said it can take this long sometimes. But no information can be given.

Me and my partner don't know if we can try for a baby or what stage my endo is because the MRI should verify the condition. I don't know how I got this unlucky...
