I’ve been taking serrapeptase for a few days now and tonight I’ve been getting a slight cramping on my left side (where the cyst is) is this normal? Has anyone else got any experiences with using this?
Thank you

I also wrote a post about it a few months ago. I started taking it in December, I don’t know for sure if it works. I do believe my endo is better, my skin certainly is and I don’t get pain although occasionally I do feel a slight ache on the affected ovary at times. Who knows, I’m about to go for another hsg and I’ll soon be able to tell you for sure xx
Hi. Thank you for taking time to reply to me. I’ve been taking it for a few days so hopefully it works for me, although you can’t really tell can you?! Please let me know the results for your HSG. And I wish you all the best. Sending positive vibes xx
Hey! I’m jumping on a old post. I have been taking serrapeptase for 2 weeks now. I tried to take one last week on Monday, on a empty stomach, I didn’t eat most of the day as I was busy, around 4.30 I felt sick, and then as soon as I got home I vomited. I tried to eat and I couldn’t keep anything down. I stayed off them for a few days, I took one Tuesday at 12 didn’t eat anything I ate at around 1.30-2pm and by 4pm I was being sick until around 5pm. Am I doing something wrong? Please help x
I’ve read some ppl are affected in this way. Tbh I’ve been taking 250,000 iu daily/every other day and at the beginning I got headaches but no nausea. I find with endo - prior to lap I had nausea though. Have you tried using a different brand? If you’re sure it’s the serrapeptase making u feel unwell don’t take it.
I take Holland and barret brand. I have been looking online at other brands, is there any you would recommend. I’m just so confused as I was fine the first week xx
Also sorry to be a pain. What are you’re thoughts on the lap? I have chocolate cysts and I’m unsure on whether it would be. A good idea to have it. I’ve read that sometimes it can make things worse/more painful.l xx
Well, tbh a month after my lap I had pain and I hadn’t started taking anything until 4 months. Pain felt like it was getting better but this month has been awful. It’s started to ease off again. My pain is intermittent some days it’s gone others it’s like I’ve been kicked in the back. I bought my serrapeptase from amazon, the strongest strength - I thought what harm can it do? The main objective was to clear my sluggish Fallopian tubes (I thought let’s give them the toughest strength to get that endo out) but I haven’t had any joy with that - as still not pregnant. I did read reviews on the affects it had on people and it doesn’t agree with everyone. Lots of ppl saying what 𝚈𝚘𝚞’𝚟𝚎 said xx
Oh as for the lap - a lot of things are better. Periods so far more regular, less nausea, less fatigue, less pain during periods - I have new pain now though which isn’t great at all xx
Do you get it on prescription? I am newly diagnosed with stage 3 extensive endo and trying everything.
You can buy it over the counter in the chemist , even my little pharmacy sell it for £6.99. Cheaper than a prescription! Hope it helps ease your endo, it truly is a awful disease xoxo
I would like to try Serrapeptase any of you have nexplanon or implanon implant and used Serrapeptas? I am a little concerned as I saw some warnings about hernia mesh and foreign objects in your body being compromised by the Serrapeptase. I don't want my implant to go wandering or be less effective. Has anyone been on both and been fine or have you had issues? Thank you!
I had to stop taking them, they made me really unwell. I tried them on a few occasions and they made me vomit severely, one point ended up in A & E with sickness and pains. But that’s my personal experience. X
