Yep I've taken it for about a year but didn't really see alot of difference with my endo symptoms :(

Hmm ok. I was looking at Holland and Barrett - it is quite expensive if it doesn't do anything.

I've also read that calcium D glucarate and/or DIM are supposed to help...I don't know what if anything to try.

Thanks for replying

I'm vegetarian so sourced some really expensive stuff via a herbalist took it for about a year didn't seem to do alot for me really but everyone different .

Turmeric I find really helps either tablets or the tea PUKKA do a good one or just in food and ginger lots of proven info about them being anti inflammatory, magnesium citrate at bedtime that seems to help I take floridex as well the liquid iron/ vit as it a food based thing think you absorb them alot better than the chemical tablet ones . Aloe vera liquid I take every day too for gut stuff really notice if I don't. Kelp tablets I've taken in the past they seem to help too . Also epsom salts baths seem to help me too. :)

Dunno it's difficult isn't it internet seems to be full of people who've cured themselves trying to sell you something :) :)

What do you find helps?

I find raspberry leaf helps massively with period pain. I was getting to the point where I couldn't work 1-2 days a month before I discovered it. I take the capsules and drink the tea.

I chew crystallised ginger sometimes to help with nausea. I have recently bought some turmeric tea and a turmeric tincture. I don't have the turmeric tea regularly - a few cups a week (it's in my drawer at work), but I tend to have a glass of water with the tincture every evening, but haven't noticed much difference with turmeric so far.

I'm just looking into what else might help me, particularly with the fatigue.

Hiya hun

I started taking serrepeptase about a month ago after trying to find something other than prescription medicines that weren't helping.

Iv found that taking it has helped me a lot with my lower back pain which I get more or less every day. Also I feel that it's helped me to do normal day to day activities that I was unable to do before. I actually tested it out and didn't take them for a couple days and I could feel the pain in my hips legs back and lower abdomen come back. I'm not totally pain free but my pain has lowered loads since taking them iv just started taking Maca and probiotics also to help with my ongoing problems can't really comment on them yet as it's been a few days.

One very interesting thing is I suffer with blood in urine visible around period none visible rest of time which has been constant for sound a year. I tested my urine today and only a trace of blood. Have a follow up with consultant next week (was supposed to be today but they booked me in with wrong one) let's see what they say.

Iv took it to get rid of scar tissue I have a large band in the central of my abdomen and slow fallopian tubes so hopefully I'll get them clear with this.

I take natures aid from Holland and barrett all I have is good stuff to say and iv got a lot of my family on it for their individual problems.

Give it a go it may help you

X

Hi, I've been taken then since Jan and it has made a massive difference. Before I would be swollen and in pain 85% of the time. Now I only get pain when I am having my periods. I still get the odd swelling and pain when I work out but other than that, nothing. I have also started ovulating since I started taking them. I began with 80iui 2 in the morning and 2 before bed for about 2 months. Now I just take 1 250iui tab every morning. They have to be taken on an empty stomach for them to work though. Honestly they are worth a try! They have changed my life. :)

I would like to try Serrapeptase any of you have nexplanon or implanon implant and used Serrapeptas? I am a little concerned as I saw some warnings about hernia mesh and foreign objects in your body being compromised by the Serrapeptase. I don't want my implant to go wandering or be less effective. Has anyone been on both and been fine or have you had issues? Thank you!
