Hi,
In March I was diagnosed with a chocolate cyst on my right ovary however when I had surgery in April they couldn’t see it. I think the cyst has grown back as experiencing similar symptoms and I have an ultrasound on Thursday. My question is can a chocolate cyst leak or is it likely to of burst as sorry for TMI, I am passing old blood down below and still experiencing pain in my right ovary? I also have the coil fitted. Thanks
