Sore boobs! Help

Hi,

I am at a loss right now and would love to hear your thoughts.

Has anyone suffered such sore boobs that they want to cry?!

For the last 6 days my boobs have been so swollen, hard and sore that I am in paid wearing a sports bra because it brushes my nipples and hurts so much but I’m also in pain wearing nothing because the slightest movement makes me wince.

I drove over a bump in the car the other day and burst into tears.

I’ve siffered sore boobs around my menstrual cycle before but nothing like this.

Last night I slept with ice cold flannels covering my chest to try and relieve them a bit!

Please try evening primrose oil capsules. I used to suffer with this bad!!! Even brushing my own arm against the side when walking would be so painful. I use 1300mg capsules. I started off with one a day which worked for a while (they take a while to start working) but It started creeping in again so I have one in the morning and one at night and I havent had any issues for months. I used to think these supplements were a load of rubbish but these have been so good for me.
