Zoladex - boobs shrinking!

Hi ladies,

I'm two months into my Zoladex (of the 3-month injection). Started getting hot flashes after 4 weeks, and over the last 2 weeks or so, my boobs have been shrinking - more every day. Seriously, my bra is hollow and gaping. Anyone else experienced this? Will they come back? Xx

Hi. That started happening to me amongst other things, so went on HRT gel. That sorted it out and I felt really good and all back to normal. However after over 2yrs they said I has to stop. Then it went the other way and my bobs have grown like mad. Hope it helps and feel better. X

Thank you neets! I have HRT with me in case the side effects become unbearable but have been told it's better that I don't use them. Oh well, not the end of the world. Our bodies are bound to change anyway!

Oh gosh! I am on my first one getting my second next week and I thought I was in the all clear as I hadn't had the hot flushes or any symptoms :( I want my belly to shrink not my boobs 🙈 Hahaha can only wish! But I was told by the nurse that boob size was one of the main side effects she saw and mostly smaller.

Aha! So it is normal. Just hoping they come back eventually when my ovaries kick back into gear. I know experiences differ, but the side effects have been totally manageable for me. Stuck socks in my bra this morning and carried on. So don't despair!

I was on Zoladex for 6 months. It's a heavy duty drug with high residuals. It did not cure my endo. It did however reduce my bone density, cause bone pain, a PVNS Elbow Tumour and a pancreatic IPNM tumour. This drug is a dangerous drug and one I would never take ever again.

I'm so sorry about the tumors, Kerrie. Are you ok now? Xx
