Menopause/Endo Specialist?

I was wondering if anyone could recommend a specialist that they have seen regarding menopause and endometriosis? I live on border of Buckinghamshire/Oxfordshire, so would be most likely referred within this area, although will go private if it means getting the advice and support I need. Thank you!

Thank you for replying, I really appreciate you taking the time. I was hoping for some named recommendations as unfortunately (from my experience) all endo doctors are not equal! 😉

I live near Oxford (Botley and Kennington clinic)and asked my GP to refer me to the menopause clinic in Oxford. My reason being she couldn't prescribe testosterone and I needed it for a low libido. It took 6 months to get an appointment which was over the phone and the specialist who rang me was excellent. I no longer have endo symptoms but I looked up her profile and she specialises in menopause and endometriosis and various other gynaecological problems. If you can wait then get yourself referred if you can. My line was recommended by a private menopause dr friend and it was true, but is a line that will get you referred. newsonhealth.co.uk/ is a private menopause clinic if you can't wait. All the best! Jo

Thanks for your reply. One of the issues I wanted to discuss was testosterone, so good to hear that you were able to access it! Also, great to hear you no longer have endo symptoms. I have considered the Newson Clinic before, but will try to get a referral first. 🙂
