Post Lap... no follow up or notes in Surgery

Hi everyone-advice needed please.

Laproscopy in Sept, had Endometrioma removed from both ovaries, the consultant also mentioned my tubes and pelvis something was done to them i was totally out of it when he came round, My op was moved to a different hospital due to covid and was advised my own consultant would be in touch to discuss further. End of Jan came and had telephone app with consultant- he didnt even know my op had happened- no notes. He then sent me for another transvaginal scan as i was still in some pain which revealed more cysts on ovaries, some were likely cyclical and others were to be watched. Was due follow up in May- didnt hear from them, called sec and have app now at end July.. any ideas on what i should be asking? Im not even sure what they found exactly by way of endo, im still symtomatic of endo.. im concerned about my bowel but thats never been mentioned? Any help appreciated.. im in Glasgow.. op on NHS non BSGE!! Thanks in advance
