Pulsating pain after laproscopy

Hi all. On 14 April I had a laproscopy to remove 7cm endometriosis cyst on left ovary, left ovary was removed too along with both Fallopian tubes and freeing up right ovary which was stuck to uterus wall. My scars have healed well but I have been getting a pulsating pain which I think is coming from deep inside top of my vagina/also think pulsating is at top of my rectum. I’ve been on various pain killers - currently tremadol. However pulsating pain was really bad yesterday. Am at whits end. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Hoping e lovely people on this forum might be able to shed some light. Xxxx
