I have just got home from my hospital appointment after seeing a gynae that specialises in Endo. They want me to go on the contraceptive pill, see how I get on. They are referring me for an MRI and that will take 4-6 weeks. After that, I’ll go back, discuss the results and then they want to talk me through the laparoscopy procedure. They have said that is definitely going to happen.
I want to thank everyone who has given me advice and has helped me in getting this far! I really do appreciate your help. 💕

Fantastic news and great to hear you have a treatment plan.
It may very well be that your MRI is clear....I’m sure you’re already aware that this disease is very difficult to detect and laparoscopic surgery is the Gold Standard...
Hey there! I printed out the diary off the Endometriosis UK website, and logged my symptoms. I then phoned them and made an appointment, they had no choice to listen. I told them point blank what my symptoms were, who I’ve spoken too and who agreed.. Sometimes, we need to tell them what’s wrong in order for them to listen.
Don’t tolerate the fobbing off, the doctors done the same thing to me. We are women, we know our bodies, we know when something wrong. Just keep pushing my lovely, you’ll get there eventually. 💕
