Fatigue/exhaustion

I struggle with fatigue most days but I've begun to notice that just before my period ( 3/4 days) I'm exhausted to the point I cant do anything, anyone else get this? Also I feel like I'm coming down with something I dnt understand how periods can make me feel Ill even before it starts :/

Yes I suffer with extreme fatigue before my period. It is fatigue to the point that I really struggle to function at work and when I get home just end up going straight to bed. In a way it feels like I'm coming down with flu or something as the tiredness just obliterates any energy I do have. I wonder sometimes whether it is because there is a change in hormone levels. It can be so debilitating can't it.
