Can endo cause severe fatigue? I just feel wiped out all the time. I know perimenopause can cause this but wondering if endo can aswell.

hey, yes I suffer from serious fatigue from endo especially on the lead up and during in. I can literally sleep all day and night. I started taking vitamin D and vitamin C to help with it and have really seen a difference. Maybe give that a go? I hope it helps

I am in the exactly same situation, I can sleep for 12 hours and still feel exhausted! Also perimenopausal but been told to just stay on the pill back to back. Wondering if fatigue is more about perimenopause ?.

spoke to a doctor only last week, said do not recommend me coming off the pill to have hrt! Am hoping symptoms but no treatment. Also a bit scared when I cannot take the pill any more. Did not get much advice from GP sadly.

I've got HRT but when I tried it made me feel awful so stopped. Ive also tried pill but it made me even more moody than I already am so stopped. HRT worries me also because of the estrogen side. I'm still fighting for a diagnosis. Ultrasound on Tuesday

Hi Slinks

If you're suffering from severe fatigue and then please make an appointment with your GP. Endo can certainly be a factor in contributing to your fatigue, but there could be many other contributing factors including vitamin or mineral (especially iron) deficiencies. Some simple blood tests would help to identify if this is the case and would save you spending money on supplements that you may not need.

Wishing you all the best x

Thanks. I've had all my bloods checked and there all normal. Just got my ultrasound appointment through for next Tuesday. Also im perimenopausal so could due to that

My blood tests have come back normal, but don’t eat meat so iron could be low.
