Will periods come after removing both fallopian tubes

Hello all, If both fallopian tubes are removed, will periods comes? I underwent endometriosis excision surgery on 9th of feb 2021. My left tube was removed in 2019 and now right tube is also removed. Doctor couldn't find my left overy although in my ultrasound report showed cyst in my left overy but doctor said may be there are some tissue left but can't say how much active they are. Doctor left some healthy tissue of my right overy as well. So in short I have only left some tissue of my both overies. I am 36yrs old. I am unmarried. What impact on body when overies are removed? Is there any hope that my overies's left tissue can work again? In what cases doctor put their patients on Lupron after excision surgery? She wanted to put me on Lupron but then she didn't because of my poor health. It's mean she left my endo? I feel so depressed 😔

Yes sadly they do. I have both my tubes and left ovary removed. My right ovary remains but with only a third of its function.

Unfortunately unless the uterus is removed and there is some ovarian function the lining of the womb will still shed.

I have the mirena coil in and although it hasn’t helped pain wise it has significantly decreased bleeding.
