I'm 26 years old virgin girl. I had surgery for endometriosis on September 2018 and remove 9cm cyst. Am on Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02mg)+ Desogestrel (0.15mg) back to back for 42 days. this month 6th October had heavy clots for 2 days. But I'm on the combination pill. So I taken 2 pill on the same day and Tranexamic Acid (500mg) 2 per day for 2 days. 3rd period stop completely. This experience was first time for me. I'm really shocked because I'm on the pill I'm did not missing any pill. October 13th 1pm I'm had been feel urgent urine but not came and next started pain in urine pass area. 3pm blood with white discharge. Any one experienced this like ???. I'm consultant gynecologist through online. She prescribed me Ethinyl Estradiol (30mcg)+ Dienogest (2mg). freedase 30 tablet name. Which one is best? AND share your experiences.

Thank you to all

Hi

If it was me I’d contact the GP, at the very least it might be a UTI, not something you want to leave.

Hope you get things sorted soon 🙂

UTI means? Urine tract infection?. This feeling is from 4 years.so I think this not urine tract infection. Can I go for which combination?

Yes for infection.

I’m on desogestrel, but this is more for balancing emotions. Zoladex had helped but that’s short term. I’m probably not the best person to help re pill. Hopefully someone will have more advice.

Zoladex was implant injection.so only im panic. Other wise I will use.

Thanks for your reply 😃

Which combination pill is best?

Try not to over think things, if I need to work things out I jot them down and research. It’s so easy for the mind to get bogged down with this disease 🤦‍♀️.

Is your link with the gynaecologist through your GP or directly paid for? I hate to say it, I didn’t tell the GP when I paid to see the consultant, eventually it’s best to. I didn’t tell them when I paid MRI, sent the results about a month later.
