Awwww poor you. I’m just so sorry you’re feeling this way. Please don’t give up, keep hanging in there. Are you able to seek help from your GP in the meantime? Pain is so exhausting and in turn making it harder to deal with. I’m sure your work team have nothing but empathy for you and are not standing in judgement. I think it’s more of a case of you judging you. You can’t help being in so much pain, you certainly don’t choose to be. Keep focusing on the fact you will eventually have surgery and your life will be better. Xx🙏🏻☺️
You are definitely no prat, even if you think you are. But I can totally understand you feeling that way. However, all the hospital staff are there to help you, not judge you. No one chooses to keep having to go to A&E. Be kind to yourself☺️🥰
Yes I was diagnosed 20yrs ago. But I had children quickly after and endo settled. 10yrs ago I had another laparoscopy as I was suffering with my bowels. They found endo was on my bowel wall hence the IBS symptoms. They insert a mirena and it’s been much better ever since. My coils due to be changed next month. I can tell it’s not doing it full job Properly, so will be grateful for the new one. Xx
Look at it this way, your colleagues must really care about you to come and see you in town. And they’ve seen first hand how shitty this disease can be.
As for the staff in the hospital, I’m sure they can see how unwell you are when you’re there. Like RunningMum11 says, it’s not like you choose to hang out at A&E for fun.
Dad disappointed in me he said yesterday I spoke with him and I seemed ok then 30 mins later he gets a call saying the ambulance is with me, he says if it happens that quick he isn’t going to make plans to go out at the moment
So your endo pains are inconveniencing your dad’s schedule? Sorry if that sounds disrespectful but you haven’t got a crystal ball. This is the reality of your disease, and you’re not being a drama queen.
