Hi ladies...does anyone else suffer with really bad hip and leg pain? I was on my period over a week ago and since I finished I’ve been getting horrible pain in my hips which radiates all down my legs to my knees. I would describe it as a sickening dull throbbing type pain...I have naproxen prescribed by my DR for my period pain and am taking this for the hip and leg pain at the moment because that’s the only thing which takes the edge off. I’m also exhausted (went to end at 8 last night and slept until 10 today but I’m still shattered) thank you xx

Thanks for your reply, yeah I take my pill back to back and have a break every 3 months so I think my body is like aaaah with all the hormonal changes! Take care xx
Hi yes I get that too, i take a magnesium supplement after evening meal and there are some yoga positions to help stretch your thigh/groin area that can help. Also put your legs up if watching TV as it helps blood flow, take care xxx
Hi thanks for your reply I’m sorry to hear you suffer with this pain too. I have read recently about magnesium so I ordered some last night to see if that will help thank you xx
Yes, but not until after my 3rd laparoscopy. Most of my scar tissue is on my left side, and the pain runs down slightly off centre down to my knee. The pain comes and goes.
Hi thank you for your reply, I find I get pain one sided and it goes all the way to my knees too. I couldn’t live without my hot water bottle / wheat bags! Take care xx
Yes, I have this at some specific times of the month. Last week I was using CBD cream, I have also used Ibulieve gel, as I can't take any NSAID, and defo doing gently yoga /pilates exercises help immensely, There are yoga /pilates exercises online designed for us. Take care and stay safe.
Hiya thank you for replying, I think yoga might be a good idea because it’s more gentle in movement so I think I need to try that. I used to do high intensity circuit training but my body just can’t cope with that at the moment so need to do more gentle movements. Take care xx
