Pain in my ribs!

Hi everyone! The last few weeks I have been getting really bad pain in my ribs. It's on the left side, starting from just under my armpit down to the bottom of my ribs.

It seems to get worse around my period so I am wondering if it could be my endometriosis growing back?

Painkillers don't help the pain at all! Moving really hurts so I end up curled on the sofa with a hot water bottle.

I've read a little bit about diaphragmatic endo, wondered if it could be that?

I dunno what to do about it to be honest with the lockdown and also I am unsure if I could get a scan if it would even show up? And I don't want to be rude about my consultant but I kind of feel he has washed his hands of me. He operated on me a couple years ago and diagnosed my endo. Since then I have had a few new symptoms and he doesn't seem to want to investigate, he just tells me to take hormone treatment which I don't want to do. I feel that as I am not taking his advice re medication he doesn't have as much interest in helping me.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated!

I'vd had similar sound rib pain and concerns whether it is diaphramatic endo. Unfortunately until pandemic lockdown allows hospital appointments again I'm unable to see my consultant. If it gets very painful I would call your GP for advice.
