hello, I'm had the lascopray in Jan. my peroids are usually light but regular. since op my peroids have been on time. partner and i have tried for a baby, although only first proper month of trying, using ovulation tests etc. my peroid is 3 days late, but I was getting a few twinges but not my normal pain and the pain was only on and off.
do u think the op could effect my peroid even if it was in Jan? wonder if any1 else has experienced this.
cause I highly doubt I'm pregnant that quickly, cause I'm on waiting list after op 2c a fertility specialist.
thanks ladies x

It could affect your periods I suppose but if you have always been like clock work with the other periods since your op it’s worth checking if your pregnant. It’s nice to see someone else has light periods I feel like I’m the only one with light periods having endo. I’m in the same boat trying for a baby although not seeing a fertility specialist. I’ve been trying for one cycle I’m on my second cycle of trying now. Definitely worth taking a test just to see then you might come onto your period as the mind can play tricks with you specially if your anticipating it. X
I have it in my head I'll need ivf cause the endo was soo bad and only one working side :(.
yea I have all the endo pain but the period is next to nothing soo light, I'm glad I'm not the only one with light peroids as most people seem to have heavy ones. x
I’m thinking I might have to have ivf too. I have stage 4 endo and a blocked tube although my consultant managed to get rid of all my endo I’m still worried I have only been trying for a month so I will have to wait till this virus goes first. It is nice to know someone else has light periods I get some pain but it’s manageable. X
I'm.not sure what stage i have, my consultant just said it was worse than she thought, was round my bowel, behind womb and other organs to, but managed to remove it.
Did your consultant tell you what stage it was?
my left ovary is stuck and she can't see any tube at that side but everything ok with the right side. I'm waiting 2c a fertility specialist but prob be at least a year.
my pain is and always has been crippling.
it's worrying isn't it when we don't know what will happen and not many people understand. x
You have had the same as me. My consultant told me I had severe endo it was on my bowel, behind womb, I had cysts and my ovaries were stuck together with the right one also stuck to the bowel. My consultant said he managed to get rid of it all but couldn’t unblock my right tube. I haven’t seen him with a follow up yet but when I next see him I will ask if he can send me tons fertility specialist. My pain has always been manageable but I had constant right pelvic pain and pain during a bowel movement. Yeah it is upsetting when people don’t understand specially when it comes to having a baby aswell every one around me said you will be ok you will be having loads now it’s all gone but they don’t understand what I’m going though mentally and physically and it’s hard when everyone around me is getting pregnant with no problems at all. X
mine just be stage 4 as well then, yea it's awful, ibe beem going to the doctors since i was 15 with this and i only got the op and diagnosis confirmed in Jan and turned 30 in March. i can't help but feel if i had this op yrs ago if the gp had.listened tjen maybe there wouldn't be soo much damage.
my consultant referred me at my 6 week check up to specialist.
worrying though ill be lucky if i see them before I'm 31 and then there's a 2 year wait where I am for ivf.
my fiance works away 2, so harder to get pregnant on top of that. we going to give it a year then try and pay for ivf ourselves we think if it dosent happen.
I'm the same, everyone including close friends etc are pregnant, it's heart breaking. And I feel bad for my.fiance to cause he wants one as much as me. 💔.
hopefully things will worth out for both of us and endo won't win.
Yeah i think you have stage 4 too. It is horrible I’ve had problems since I was 13 been fobbed off since then I was put on the pill at 18 which did help then I came off at 26 for 2 and a half years and that’s when my pains and problems started found out I had this dec 18 and had to wait a year for surgery. I will be 30 in September so i feel like my clock is ticking. Yeah I think I might have to pay for ivf as it will be too long if a wait for me too. I will definitely ask my consultant to be referred to a specialist when I get a follow up appointment I was meant to see him in 3 months after surgery but with this virus I don’t think I I will be seeing him. Hopefully we will both get some baby news soon endo will not win xx
i feel the same as you, the time clock is ticking and the time nhs sorts us it'll be even harder. It looks like private is the only way even though it's expensive, it's not worth the risk in waiting and being 2 late for us.
we just have 2 think positively even though it's hard!
I really hope it all works out for yous ❤. It's nice to know there's others who know what we are going through though x
