Desorex pill for pain and Endo?

So I had to switch pills as my blood pressure was too high, but I was constantly bleeding anyway so we are trying something different.

I have been given the Desorex mini pill and wondering if anyone has any experience with it to stop preriods and endometriosis? In the past I get an enormous amount of pain on progesterone only methods, so I am a little apprehensive about this.

I was on the combined pill, which was great for pain, but I was constantly bleeding which was starting to affect things.
