Back and right sided hip pain Endometriosis continuing???

Hello anyone could help I’m having really bad back and hip problems on right side. I have endometriosis not sure if it’s linked??

I feel like I have a pulled muscle in my back when I’m having a flare up. I also have problems with my hip but unsure if it’s linked?

I suffer with the same issue. My back is in agony nearly 90% of the day. It wakes me in the night. I seen a physio and apparently I have an issue with my hip I also have endometriosis on my ovary that side and rectalvaginal endometriosis.
