Different pills! Help!

Going to the doctors Monday to try getting a different pill, can anyone advise me on what you found helped.

When I was first diagnosed years ago I tried microgynon, the mini pill and cerazette. All of them sent me into an angry, emotional, depressed awful person.

I went off hormones for a good few years but back in June I gave up and accepted that I couldn't handle the pain and all by myself. My doctor gave me yasmin to take back to back. It seemed amazing, helped with the pain to a certain degree, my pmt was calmed and I felt so positive about it, that's until 3 weeks ago when I went for an untrasound and they found a small fibroid.

I put it onto my infertility bingo list and tried not to worry. Thought I'd look into the what pills help with reducing fibroids and the first thing that came up was that the yasmin pill causes them.

I may be jumping the gun but I've had numerous people poking, prodding and looking around my lady bits and they never found or mentioned fibroids so I've put two and two together and think this pill has caused it. So I stopped taking it.

Roll onto the last week and my pmt has hit the roof, I've not slept properly in days and I'm a teasy cow so I know I'll be on soon.

Can anyone recommend any pill that I've not mentioned that worked for you so I can go back to my doctor with an idea of what I will and won't try.

Also, I was on the implant prior to my diagnosis so had it removed to see if that was exacerbating the symptoms. I've tried the coil and my body rejected it so that's a no. Lastly I don't want to try the injection purely because of how some of the pills make me go crazy, I don't think it's smart to give a whole three months dosage into my system when I can hardly handle a day's dosage!
