I have endometriosis stage 4, been on prostap for 17 days, I have not felt well since I had the injection. Flu like symptoms.
This morning whilst showering I discovered 3 hard lumps around my vagina, theres one hard and painful, pea size, then a red raised line leading to 2 more that are together.
I'm fighting back tears as I write this, I am so fed up.
I was wondering if any of you know what this is or have had the same problem.
It's quite embarrassing but I feel like I have no one to turn to.

Hi, I managed to see a nurse at the surgery, she had a look then called the doctor, they didnt really know what they are, I have never had a std and I know that my partner doesn't sleep around.
The nurse took my bloods the gp said to do them as urgent, I'm assuming that they are ok as I have not heard anything back.
I did receive a text message from the surgery off my gp saying that all of my symptoms are side effects of prostap and if they dont settle she advised that I dont have any more and to get in touch with the endo team.
I'm a little frustrated that there seems to be a gap in support in regards to prostap, it would be nice if I could of spoke to someone at the endo clinic just to find out if all of this is normal.
I have never felt so poorly, 3 years ago I had myocarditis and I never felt as ill as I do now.
No they never gave me the number, I had to find it myself, i called and told my consultants secretary the problem and asked if I could speak to the endo nurse, she said she would email her and ask her to call me.
Is this on your bikini area?ive had a similar thing I’ve got no where with gp they said I will have another ultrasound I’ve seen two g.ps and not any closer to any info I keep thinking it’s to do with endo
I'm starting to think it's to do with endometriosis, they said that I would probably have a flare up in the first few weeks of prostap, I cant help but think I have endo around my vagina.
Ive has lumps and bumps appear but the g.p don’t always look unless you put your foot down if they do say it’s nothing I got told mine was a gland but it’s been their years they could be little cysts I’ve heard people have them at the opening and they can flare up when endo flares I have heard of this try not to worry unless it Dosent go in a few weeks to ease your mind you could book in with a nice lady nurse instead of a g.p just say you want a lump looking at and your concerned they will refer you for more tests if it goes you can cancel the appointment
