So lately I cannot sleep. I go to bed early and usually sleep around 10pm, then I wake up at 2 or so and cannot go back to sleep. It’s everything... noises from cars and transport, my bladder that lately is going mad, hot flashes, every little thing wakes me up. And I’m so tired, fatigued without energy for anything. Chamomile teas, lavender essential oil, eye mask, white noise, 5htp, and etc don’t do anything. I’m getting so depressed because of it and I’m so tired of everything.
Does anyone suffers from insomnia? If so what do you do?

So I have tried different things, but it seems that ashwagandha was the one hitting the spot. I can’t say for sure since It might be that the magnesium, 5htp and valerian finally started having an effect after a week.
So I think that my PMS has changed to PMDD. I can thick pretty much all the symptoms, and it explains my irritability. In fact irritability doesn’t even quite explain my anger levels.
