Sleep or the lack of it
Morning Becky. No you're not the only one. I've just had a rare night asleep but dreamt about my pain all night so I'm guessing it was still there. Most nights I get up between 3 &4 to top up my pain relief so I can go back to sleep.
Have you seen a pain specialist? It may be worth asking to see one if not as I find being on patches help a bit with providing a more constant help with the pain, but that may be just me.
Hope you get a good night soon.

I know exactly how you feel. My pain has been much worse in the night recently than in the day. I feel exhausted during the day and have been getting bad headaches and end up sleeping most of the weekend. I have been taking painkillers about an hour before going to bed and making a hot water bottle. Are you able to manage to do any deep breathing? Sometimes I find it hurts to breath but when I can I use an app called Calm or try some relaxing yoga. Failing that the TV goes on but it all makes for a very restless night!

I cannot take my pain killer because I'm 19 weeks pregnant. I'm extremely happy about this as i was told id never have children so to not get my hopes up but as the baby is growing its stretching and ripping my scar tissue. Hope you ladies are well as can be. I just feel guilty because I'm so happy I'm pregnant I just thought that it was supposed to help with endo but I'm worse than before because I cannot take my pain killers
Hi Hun, I was exactly the same u take two pain killers and amitriptilyn an hour or two before bed and I now slept through, it doesn't work for everyone and some people have to take it earlier to stop the hangover feeling in the morning, but it might be worth asking your dr about it, hope this helps and you eventually find something that helps, I know how very hard not sleeping properly effects everything else
Best of luck Hun x
