Anyone else got any experience with this? Since my periods have settled down off the pill, my PMS has got intense and I almost dread it as much as the period itself! I'm looking for something to settle it and came across this, has anyone else tried it and found it works? I would consult with a doctor before taking it but there was no endo found at my lap and despite the constant pains, no other doctor seems bothered to do anything about it so I'm not going to waste my time consulting them just to be told I can take it as normal! x
