Bust cysts, fibroids, bulky uterus, hysteroscopy and lost my job 😭

Hiya don’t know if anyone can help or relate to this, first time posting but here goes!

So I’ve been back and forth with the gp and hospital for the last 2 weeks. All started with agonising pain in my right side of tummy which sent me to hospital, I was prepped for surgery as they believed it was appendicitis, blood work ruled that out so I was sent home. Back in hospital the following day could barely walk, they then suspected my coil had displaced as they couldn’t find the strings! 4 doctors/nurses and a Gynecologisy couldn’t find it. Sent back home on codine and naproxen. Scan was done 4 days later where they confirmed bust cysts, bulky uterus and fibroids. Hysteroscopy has been booked to remove said coil also just waiting on a date. I work with young children so can’t work on my painkillers and have been signed off by the doctor. Three weeks in total. Now I’ve been told my contract won’t be getting renewed as well so all in all a really crappy few weeks. Anyone had similar experiences with the same symptoms? Will they just remove the coil or have a good look too while they are up there? Endometriosis runs in the family and all the research I have done points me in this direction. Just confused and fed up with not knowing what the problem is especially since I’ve effectively lost my job over it too. Also can coil strings re appear? If they do do I cancel the hysteroscopy or is it worth keeping to find out what if anything is going on?

Hi. I would go to gp and ask to be seen by gyny / endo specialist. I am 4 weeks post op. I had no idea I have had cyst in my breast drained and had scan showing I have fibroid in womb and cysts in ovaries. Was immediately sent to gyny who booked me straight in for surgery after an internal. After surgery I got told I had endometriosis.
