Lap and feeling unwell/in pain every morning?

Hey ladies

Just wondering if any of you have had these issues or could shed any light on maybe why this is happening? I dont believe it's the tablets simply easing off in the night because I'm not consistently on them all day as the pain is predominantly in the morning!

Basically, I had my lap 3 weeks ago tomorrow. Ive had the normal pain and recovery over the past week or two I would say and my period quite early in recovery too.

My lap was diagnostic so while the gynae done a lap and dye test, there was endo found on my ovaries and adhesions. Tubes were fine.

The gynae wasnt able to attempt to resolve the issues as far as I'm aware so I never had any treatment which is why I'm so confused with these morning pains?

So my period is normally painful for 2 or so days - normally horrendous but only 2 days. Since the lap, even now my period has stopped, I'm having period like pains (not severe) more cramps, and feeling sick and bowel issues (probs because of the strong tablets I know). I'm just curious as to why this may always be in the morning?

I'm hoping to go back to work soon and originally only intended to have a week or two off. Dr has signed me off for a month anyway but without having treatment I feel like I'm a fraud being poorly!? What is going on!

P.s awaiting for a specialist to do my next op to sort the issues out - hopefully within next 6 months.
